As one of the first domestic light source, the candle is both domesticated sun and moon. Captured like a bird in coop, it makes itself the attribute of the human, then magnified and put in beauty.
Put on a rocker made of silver wire, the candle makes a light motion of coming and going but remains straight while moving. The trimming technic is applied to draw the coop and therby participates to the construction of the glass volume.
